研究方向和成果

研究主要集中于发现新的RNA修饰的修饰酶及其结合蛋白、探究RNA修饰的分布规律以及揭示RNA修饰在调控RNA命运决定和生理及病理中的作用。目前已发表研究论文13篇,总引用次数约4500余次,其中近五年来,研究成果以第一作者(含共同)发表在Nature Communications(2022),ACS Chemical Biology(2022),Nature Chemical Biology(2021), Cell Research(2019,2017), Nature Cell Biology(2019)杂志上。曾获得中科院院长优秀奖和朱李月华优秀博士生奖学金等奖项。本研究组综合利用生物化学与分子生物学、生物信息学和化学生物学等研究方法揭示RNA在生命活动中的调控作用。本课题组长期招聘博士后,欢迎对RNA生物学感兴趣的同学报考硕士和博士。


具体研究内容包括:

1.开发单位点水平检测RNA修饰的方法。

2.鉴定RNA修饰酶及结合蛋白并研究其生物学功能。
