研究方向和成果
长期从事哺乳动物配子发生发育的相关研究工作,目前以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Nature Communications,Nucleic Acids Research,Journal of Biological Chemistry等杂志发表多篇生殖领域研究论文。应邀担任The FASEB Journal,Journal of Urology,Scientific Reports,Archives of Virology等杂志审稿人。曾荣获NIH Nancy Nossal Fellowship Award,NIH Fellows Award for Research Excellence (FARE)等奖励。实验室主要通过基因编辑技术构建小鼠模型,结合细胞生物学、发育生物学、生物化学及生物信息学等手段,研究遗传因素在配子发生发育过程中的分子调控机制。
具体研究内容包括:
