个人简介

白明义,2000年山西农业大学本科毕业,2003年沈阳农业大学获硕士学位,2007年中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位,随后到美国Carnegie Institution for Science做博士后研究,20145月到山东大学工作。现为山东大学特聘教授,国家杰出青年基金、国家海外高层次青年人才和山东省杰出青年基金获得者。担任1929cc威尼斯(中国)有限公司副院长,植物发育与环境适应生物学教育部重点实验室副主任,New Crops》、Frontier in Plant Science》和《植物学报》等杂志编委,中国植物学会分子生物学会委员,中国细胞生物学会植物细胞生物学会会委员,山东植物生理与分子生物学常务理事

教学

主讲《植物生理学》,《植物生物学》,《生命科学导论》等专业必修课程,同时开设《植物激素》双语课程和参与《Topic in molecular genetics》的全英文课程讲授,每年平均课时48学时以上,指导的研究生多次获得“山东大学优秀博士学位论文”、“山东省优秀博士学位论文”和“山东省研究生优秀成果奖”。

研究方向

以模式植物拟南芥和粮食作物小麦为材料,利用遗传学、生物化学、基因组学、蛋白组学、生物信息学多学科理论和方法,研究植物氮营养高效的分子机制1) 激素调控植物氮营养高效的分子机制;2) 激素调控植物碳-氮代谢平衡的分子机制;3) 激素调控小麦氮高效利用的菌根互作机制。近年来先后在Nature Plants, Nature Communications, Plant Cell等杂志发表30篇高水平研究论文,多篇文章Nature Plants Plant Cell专文评述,篇文章被ESI收录为高被引论文。
